Rates

Our rates are inclusive of cleaning, linen and admin fees and are for a maximum of 6 guests (+ 2 children under 10). If your group is larger than this, we may be able to accommodate you by prior agreement for an additional fee.

For each booking we donate £20 + gift aid to Canterbury Food Bank, which supports the residents of Whitstable and Seasalter.

We also provide a welcome hamper stocked with locally sourced produce and a few treats.

Check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10:30am. 

All bookings are non transferable. A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 30 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days before the first day of your stay, will receive a full refund of the balance payment. After this point all refunds are discretionary, we therefore recommend taking out travel insurance.
